“During my time with GenSend and my service at The Church at Mon River in Pittsburgh, Pastor Joshua demonstrated exceptional mentorship and training. His guidance, instruction, and encouragement were instrumental in my spiritual and practical development, enabling me to discern the Lord’s potential for me as a worship pastor. Overall, my experience serving under Joshua at The Church at Mon River was a pivotal period in my journey as a worship pastor, providing me with invaluable guidance, encouragement, and practical experience.”

“I had the privilege to serve under the discipleship and care of Joshua Page as a pastoral intern. During my time, Joshua modeled a love for people and equipped me to shepherd those God had entrusted to our church. Under his guidance, I grew in my ability to lead ministries, share the Gospel with non-Christians, and disciple believers into a deeper relationship with Jesus. God used Joshua in my life to prepare me for the coming years of pastoral ministry.”
Collin Deinum, Discipleship Pastor, Foothills Baptist Church
“Serving under Pastor Joshua was my first experience while interning for a church and it was through/under his leadership that I felt God’s call on my life to pursue full-time ministry. Pastor Joshua spent time pressing me with theological conversations, caring about my personal life, pushing me in my walk with Christ, and giving me every opportunity to learn and grow in church ministry. The most encouraging thing for me in my years studying under Joshua has been the unending passion to see the local church grow deeper in their walk with the Lord and to reach those in the immediate community of the local church. His heart to see the Great Commission carried out is evident in how he desires to disciple both individuals and his congregation.”
Mat Nicewonger, Former Youth Pastor and current seminary student
“Joshua Page, more than just about anyone I've ever met, is what I'd call an exemplary leader rooted in Christ. Serving under Joshua for a summer was one of the most fulfilling roles of my entire life. I was challenged to grow in so many ways and had to adapt to a completely different climate than what I've been used to for my entire life. Joshua made me feel at home in Pittsburgh by extending an open arm into family events, outreach, and by implementing me directly into his ministry. The Lord is doing mighty work through Joshua Page and The Church At Mon River.”
Whitman McGee, Intern, FBC Ruston
